The company was founded in 1963 by Vallorani Livio and Fazzini Filomena is now managed by their nephews Rocco and Stefano Vallorani. Spread over an area of 8 hectares ( 7 of vineyards and 1 of olive groves )the farm grows only indigenous Piceno grapes (Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina and Trebbiano) according to the principles of organic farming. All the operations in the vineyards are carried out manually, as well as the harvest and grape selection. The winery were builded with the aim to reduce the environmental and all the rooms are powered by a photovoltaic system dedicated. The winery, recently renovated and equipped with every technical device has been designed in order to comply, at all stages of wine making, the integrity of the raw material. Current production is about 20,000 bottles a year.
