Which was created to accommodate guests who appreciate nature and its colors and its silences, is a strategic point for perform historical tours, art , food and wine , just 15 km from the beautiful beaches of Cupramarittima , Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto , is only 45 minutes far  from the Sibillini Mountains and is located near  to many  picturesqueanr rural villages l as RipatransoneOffida Ascoli Piceno Fermo … … The charming property ,built about 200 years ago and recently renovated respecting the original size, is divided into a small apartment with separate entrance, and three comfortable double bedrooms each with private bath ;  a living room and a kitchen for common use, where we will be served healthy and delicious breakfast and guests can relax with a good book or chatting with members of our family who are ready to welcome you and make you feel at ” home” You will also have the opportunity to participate in the life and activities of the farm, which is mainly engaged in viticulture and olive growing. InThe farm you can found farmyard animals and  also have the pleasure of admiring our two donkeys : Silvio and Marietta ! furthermore  there is also a store where you can taste and buy our products such as extra virgin olive oil , artichoke dips , jams, Vino cotto( typical specialty of the Piceno area ) to bring home with you the flavors of your holiday!
